(Halifax, NS – June 28, 2025) It was a huge night for Ashton Tucker (Miramichi, NB) as he went from the very back of the field all the way to the front, taking home his first win atRiverside, the high banked oval located just outside of Antigonish, NS. Tucker had to fend off second place finisher and current series champion Jarrett Butcher (Porter’s Lake, NS) on several late race restarts. Austin MacDonald (Pictou, NS) had a tumultuous day but rallied to take the final spot on the podium. Former Rookie of the Year, Ryan VanOirschot (Antigonish, NS) had a great run at his home track, battling hard with sophomore Gage Gilby (Enfield, NS) in the closing laps to take home fourth spot with Gilby in the fifth finishing position.
Donald Chisholm (Antigonish, NS) and Russell Smith Jr. (Lakeside, NS) won todays Atlantic Tiltload heat races. Chisolm and Smith Jr. dominated the first half of the race but had some on track mishaps and finished 15th and 10th respectively.
