The Maritime Pro Stock Tour is pleased to announce key additions to its race operations team, with Craig McFetridge joining as Competition Director and Rob Bowness stepping into the role of Race Director.
Craig will oversee all aspects of race day operations, providing leadership to both race control and the technical department, while Rob will take charge of race control and officiating. In addition, Craig will be responsible for developing relationships with competitors and managing relationships with tracks visited by the Maritime Pro Stock Tour. Their combined experience and dedication to Maritime motorsports will be instrumental in ensuring a well-organized and competitive season.
Craig brings a wealth of experience to the Maritime Pro Stock Tour, having been deeply involved in the sport for many years as a sponsor, car owner, and track owner. His extensive knowledge and passion will be a tremendous asset, complementing our already talented and dedicated team.
Rob will step into the role of Race Director. A familiar and respected figure in Maritime motorsports, Rob has been a key part of Scotia Speedworld’s officiating team for over 20 seasons, including six years as Race Director for the Weekly Racing Series. His extensive experience also includes serving as Race Director for the Maritime League of Legends, as well as 13 years with the Maritime Pro Stock Tour in various capacities.
With his deep understanding of race procedures, fair competition, and track operations, Rob’s leadership in race control will be invaluable as we continue to deliver high-quality racing for our teams and fans.
