(Halifax, NS – June 1, 2024) Jarrett Butcher (Porter’s Lake, NS) picked up his second consecutive win in his 75th start on the East Coast International Pro Stock Tour. Butcher benefited from several late lap cautions which allowed him to catch up to Mike Rodgers (Moncton, NB) who was out in front with 10 to go.
The two battled side by side until lap 149 when Butcher was able pass Rodgers coming out of turn two. Jordan Veinotte (Porter’s Lake, NS) had his best career showing and finish on the Series coming home third. Ryan VanOirschot (Antigonish, NS) had a solid fourth place run while Lucas Oil Rookie contender Gage Gilby (Enfield, NS) brought it home in fifth in only his second start.
Sam Rogers (Lowers Onslow, NS) won the first of three Atlantic Tiltload heat races, in only his second start in a Pro Stock. Jarrett Butcher took the win in heat two, followed by Chris Reid (Fort McMurray, AB) picking up the checkers in heat three.

The Toursec Mini Stocks, who race every Friday as part of the Bay Equipment Rentals Weekly Racing Series, kicked off the racing card and put on a great show for fans. Steven Matthews (Fall River) was first under the checkers, followed by Dave Matthews (Nine Mile River) and Mitchell Hopkins (Beaver Bank). Thanks to the entire field for helping keep the track in shape during the inclement weather.
The East Coast International Pro Stock Tour returns to Petty International Raceway next Saturday, June 8th at 4:00pm for the Mr. Lube + Tires 150. Tickets will be available at the gate on race day (cash only).
Kenny UPull 150 Set for Saturday at Scotia Speedworld
The East Coast International Pro Stock Tour returns to Scotia Speedworld this Saturday for the Kenny U-Pull 150. The event will mark round two of 10 on the 2024 season. With a solid field of 18 drivers already confirmed, fans will be treated to some high-octane Pro Stock racing for the first time this season at the track located just outside of Halifax. Halifax, NS – May 22, 2024) The East Coast International Pro Stock Tour returns to Speedway 660 this Saturday at 4:00pm for what will be the 2024 season opener. This will be the Series’ only appearance at the track located just outside of Fredericton. With 20 drivers already confirmed to take part in the first race of the season, fans will witness lots of heart pounding on track action.

The on-track action will start with Atlantic Tiltload Heat Races at 4:00 pm, which will set the field for the Kenny U-Pull150. The grandstands will open at 1:00 pm.
Prior to feature racing fans will enjoy twin-35’s with the Toursec Mini Stocks as well as an on-track autograph session with the cars and stars of the East Coast International Pro Stock Tour.
Jarrett Butcher (Porter’s Lake, NS) leads the points chase after race one last weekend at Speedway 660, it was Butcher’s first win at the Geary track. Saturday will mark Butcher’s 75th start on the Series. Four New Brunswick drivers currently round out the top-five point chasers. Ashton Tucker (Miramichi, NB) picked up his first 660 podium on the Pro Stock Tour last weekend and sits second. Ryan Messer (Harvey, NB) and Devin Snell (Saint John, NB) both put in solid performances and find themselves fourth and fifth respectively. Mike Rodgers picked up his first top-five finish at 660 and rounds out the top-five as we enter the Kenny U-Pull 150.
Tickets for grandstand seating are available now at www.eventbrite.ca, with adult tickets priced at $30.00, youth tickets at $10.00 (for those aged 8-15), and children aged 7 and under admitted free of charge. Pits tickets are also available for $35.00 and can be purchased at the back gate on race day. Tickets purchased for the May 18th event will be honored for this event only.
For those who prefer to purchase tickets at the gate, grandstand seating tickets will also be available on race day.
